Happy with purchase
Leftygaucher, 17.08.2018
I cannot find a serious fault worth mentioning with this instrument. I quite like the feel and shape of the neck. I cannot think of any reason why anyone would dislike it. I very much like the pickups which have a richer, more complex sound than single coils, and more high-end response and clarity than full-size humbuckers. They remind of traditional mini-humbuckers with a slightly more present treble response.
Only design fault I can think of is the strap pegs: very easy to dent and mark the body if dropped even slightly hard. Mine was delivered with a circular gouge around the lower peg. Yours is liable to experience the same issue. Best bought from a brick-and-mortar store for this reason.
Nice color to boot, hard to find in a production lefty.

A Step Up For Electromatics
Sammy_Slade, 30.04.2018
Build quality and that unique Gretsch sound make this a great buy for a gigging guitarist needing that Gretsch growl.
Hardware is solid, but a couple of pots arrived loose, and felt a little cheap. On the heavy side for a chambered mahogany body, but it gives the guitar a very sturdy playing experience.
Very good setup out of the box, and tuners and nut were faultless.
Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to add this to the rotation of a live rig.
Creeping ever closer to proline Gretsch quality.
