Diese Saite (und nicht nur als A) ist eine unkompliziert und leicht zu spielende Allround-Saite.
Der Grundton ist warm aber nicht dunkel, Obertöne sind ausreichend und vielfältig zu phrasieren. Ich spiele dieses Saite sowohl auf akustischer Geige, als auch auf E-Geige.

Die Saiten sind bei mir nach etwa 10 Stunden eingespielt und halten ihren Klang dann (für mich, Amateur, ca. 4h Spiel pro Woche) zwischen 9 und 12 Monate.

Meine bisher getesteten Alternativen (Pirastro Oliv, Helicore, Thomastik Dominant) sind sicherlich auch Saiten mit ganz anderem Aufgabenfeld, bisher bin ich aber immer zur Crystal zurückgekehrt, die Saite ist in nichts herausragend gut, hat für mich aber auch keinerlei Schwäche.

Estas cuerdas están infravaloradas, funcionan bien en casi cualquier violin, con un tono intermedio y buena durabilidad, las recomendaría para estudiantes, y muchas horas de práctica en violines modernos
