Evans hydraulic heads , you either love 'em or hate 'em --

First of all these are 2 ply (10 mil) heads , so they are pretty thick giving you less sustain and more durability.

These heads have major attack and less resonance (it doesn't kill the drum's tone like others say), they have a fatter sound so your drums will achieve a deeper warm-ish sound.

A set of nice durable fat sounding drumheads

Naja, wollte halt mal was neues und günstigeres probieren.
Verarbeitung ist gut. Allerdings lassen sich die Felle doch nicht ganz so tief Stimmen wie ich eigentlich dachte. Ganz so einfach ist es dann doch nicht wie viele schreiben. Fell aufziehen und Sound steht. Beim 12" Fell mußte ich mir ganz schön Mühe geben um einem ordentlichen Sound hinzubekommen.
Für den Proberaum auf alle Fälle in Ordnung. aber auf der Bühne setze ich wieder auf die Powerstroke 4.
