Anyone looking around for high-quality accordion microphones will find it here. Two microphones, which can capture the accordion sound very naturally and in the classical area are certainly taken by technicians.
However, everything depends on the application.
From my banderfahrung, I would not like to take time for setting up, besides, you do not know what a sound engineer and what a stage is for you, the more sensitive DPA microphones are the thinner choice. Because of their sound reproduction, I would really like to keep them, but the practical problems are unfortunately.

The first question that arises is that of the attachment. Holders that can be fastened to each screw or rivet (see photo no. 5), and the cable securely with a cuff (see photo no. 4), are supplied as standard. My Balgniete on the right is unfortunately too weak so that the holder pulls out the rivet rather than hold, but this could work well on another accordion. Or take the variant on the convertible top, which makes a more stable impression. With my 120-bass, this works in half distance with orientation towards the heights. The regularity of sound reproduction is astonishingly good, although it does not matter in the middle, nevertheless an extension would be useful in this variant if the monitor or other instruments are too close to the accordion.
In the left hand gives the same possibilities, for my tests, I have it with the adapter attached to the bellows? This works half way, you have to take care that you do not bother. Here I could also imagine instead of a stand the holder to screw. The Balgniete would be again a solution, however, was in the direction of the direction of the fingerboard not only to hear the fingers, but also very good the right hand, as I prefer the hidden attachment.

And then there is the matter of orientation. Farther away and you get a very nice sound. But for small stages this will not work because of the interferences. You can adjust some, as the microphones take very little from the back (but at the side), but since the instrument has moved, you have to position yourself very consciously. There you have to consider whether you want to face this challenge, to position the microphones as accurately as possible before the performance and then not move too far away. Presumably it needs a very close microphone, which is less balanced. And then comes the second challenge: Do not rattle with the keys. Here, the microphones are simply unfriendly, they take it so with, pointed out and that is just not a little noise. Also with an alignment away from the keys I have not managed to hide this background noise.

Very positive I found the Bellowshake test, again, it has a full sound that sounds natural.

Conclusion: Very nice sound and dpa did nothing wrong with these microphones, however, they are to me for our band use too challenging.

It was indeed a fantastic purchase! I use DPA d: vote 4099 Accordeon, in various contexts, either for studio recording or live concerts. Highlight for the fantastic performance it allows in live performances! It allows a formidable capture of the real sound of the instrument, thus being a unique fidelity. It also allows a good volume collection, and it is relatively easy to obtain a good volume of instrument, without any feedback. Accordion-specific accessories are useful and easy to apply. Generally speaking, it's a fantastic outfit with fabulous performance! They are absolutely indispensable in all the perfomances that I realize! For me, these are the best accordion microphones ever made!
