As with all Libraries by Eduardo Tarilonte, the ERA II Library immediately shows the perfect playability and the realism of the instruments. You can tell that the recordings have been made with attention to detail. There are a variety of medieval instruments that simply sound fantastic and can also be played directly over the keys. There are different accents that allow to play instruments staccato, legato and more. Those who access here will not be disappointed. I know absolutely nothing comparable and that also at a good price.
Only the individual loading times of the instruments are a bit long, but is probably on my computer, which is synonymous not the latest.

ERA II ia fantastic and beautiful collection of medieval, renaissance and baroque instruments. Many of the sounds and timbres are spot on. Especially the wind instruments and some of the lutes are awesome. The UI is beautiful with information and drawn images of each instrument.

My big gripe with this, and the only reason that I do not give the product the full five stars, is that most bowed instruments are monophonic. Instruments like fidle (basically a fiddle) or keyharpa should be able to make double stops and drones and the viola da gamba should be able to play full chords (oddly, you can play polyphonic when the gamba is in plucked mode, but not bowed). But not with ERA II, unfortunately, What this does is that it becomes hard to play in an authentic way, it makes for a sort of moog-ish quality to the bowed melodies.
