Fine but a bit expensive.
This is a very standard mic clip with a bolt that will require a screwdriver for tightening and the plastic of the clip is of the type that if stepped on is liable to break. No 5/8" to 3/8" adapter is included, as would be expected for most other clips, so if your European mic stand is expecting the narrower thread, you'll need one.
It's fine, just a little expensive - a K&M clip of better quality would be half the price - but I wanted to replace one that was missing with an Audio Technica mic before resale so thought I ought to get the proper one.
