Feature rich, but not knob-per-function

PROS:
- incredible feature rich
- touch screen
- 192 voices poliphony
- with no menu diving one literally gets a lot of music
CONS:
- complexity
- steep learn curve (as a complete beginner took me months to figure out how things are organized)
- deep menu diving
- plastic housing, albeit in this price range accepteble (I wonder why metal Montage costs 2000EUR more)

I use MODX for a live band play, and i'm very pleased.
That's exactly what I was looking for, 76 keys, ultra lightweight, which is ideal for transportation in a soft case, and brings all the great Montage charms. I warmly recommend to all eyboard players!

Great Synth for people who know what they're doing

I'm A gigging musician, guitar and Keyboard player...... I think the sound quality is excellent, it's light and mobile. Only con is I'm finding it hard to get a soft case with with adequate protection that fits it.....although I don't have the Modx softcase, it doesn't look like it offers any protection and there is no alternative that I can find. But I would recommend the Keyboard, very fair price point and Thomann are always very professional in their service.

Ein echter Volltreffer

das Teil steht jetzt gerade mal 5 tage bei mir und ich habe das Gefühl als hätte er mir schon immer gehört. Die Tastatur ist in dieser Preisklasse einfach sensationell und nur durch die Montage-Tastatur zu übertreffen. Die Soundvielfalt habe ich längst noch nicht ganz erkundet, aber schon alles gefunden was ich so brauche. Die Bedienung schein im ersten Moment etwas undurchschaubar. Wenn man sich damit nur mal ein paar Stunden auseinandersetzt, muss man feststellen, dass genau diese Zusammenstellung der Bedienelemnte für die Lifemusik ein Traum ist. Der Montage setzt da sicherlich noch eins drauf, kostet aber ja auch mehr als das Doppelte.
Auch sollte man sich die Angebote der Soundfactories im netz mal anschauen. ich bin da im Punkt Orgel und Lifesounds fündig geworden. 1GB Samplespeicher - noch lange nicht ausgereizt.
Nach nicht so guten Erfahrungen mit anderen Kandidaten dieser Preisklasse habe ich meinen Begleiter fürs Leben endlich gefunden.
