Compact and lightweight as you'd expect from any stand in this category. The build quality was immediately apparent as soon as I removed them from the box, with sturdy collars around each joint to tighten them up. Only a slight wobble up top when fully extended but the whole thing fills me with a lot more confidence than cheaper stands (which I've owned and broke pretty quickly). Definitely worth that bit more investment and wish I'd have gone for these from the start. Just need to find a bag for them now....

Having got through 2 sets of speaker stands in 18 months, I wanted something that was going to last for a change. For little more than I paid for the others, I chose these Ultimate Classic stands. They came very quickly and extremely well packaged from Thomann and they are just superb quality. I have to say I was a little disappointed thta a nut fell off the first time I used them, but with some thread-lock, that problem was solved. Would not hesitate to buy from Thomann again.

Außergewöhnlich und speziell!

Die Verstellbare Boxenaufnahme ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Passt man beim Einrasten nicht genug auf, rutscht die Aluminiumhülse schnell in den Ständer. Außerdem ist die Hülse bei hohen Lasten wackelig!
Zusätzlich lockern sich die Srauben an den drei Standfüßen recht schnell.

I have bought a pair of these stands for years for my Yamaha DXR12 and I am very happy for the decision. Very well processed, convenient to use, light and portable. Until now, no stand of Ultimate Support and I am very positively surprised, every cent was worth it.
