It's a nice help to improving posture. It doesn't stop you from slouching, but it kinda reminds you to keep your posture and helps a little with it. While standing it doesn't feel bad, but when seated and you need to reach and bend a little, it feels somewhat annoying.

Instructions on it's use are included as advertised, but it's only in german (atleast on mine). There are pictures showing how it works and it's quite easy to figure out, but I would still like to know how much should you use it, when not to and so on. Also I'd like to know if it's a temporary help, as in only helps when you use it or does it train your back to stay up on its own after some time.

The straps dig into arm pits at times, but it isn't all that bad in my experience.

Prise en main rapide et confortable.
Pas de Manuel en français par contre..
Et éviter de le mettre directement sur la peau, préférez plutôt par dessus un t-shirt ou un pull. Car la sangle serre un peu l’aisselle et c’est un peu gênant. Sinon rien a dire.
