All in all a pretty decent bench for not too much money. The adjustment mechanism has proved to be sturdy enough so far (after six months or so). Bolts did loosen a little after some months of use, but they are easily re-tightened.

Nice finish, but several of the screws where not fastened at the correct angle, and did not "bit". They also where a bit short can easily come loose as the material is MDF.

I used this bench for a while now, the pillow is too soft so you are actually just sitting on the wood, making it a bit too uncomfortable
