Thomann E-Guitar Case BK Wood
The case was delivered promptly and well packed, unfortunately when I opened the case I discovered one of the catches was flopping about and wouldn't stay closed.
There is a little piece of spring steel in the latches that applies just enough spring tension to keep them closed and it was missing from one of the latches so the latch just flops about and rattles.
The other latches do stay closed but only just, they don't inspire confidence.
Inside the case was full of debris, lots of saw dust and a it looks like a bag of silica has burst open and the little granules are throughout the soft lining.
I emailed the Thomann International Hotline and next day had a reply from customer Thomann International Sales saying they would forward the issue to Thomann Customer Services and I should also contact them directly which I did.z
A week later and I haven't heard anything so I emailed Paganini and again had a reply from Thomann International Sales saying the same thing, they can't help and I need to speak to Thomann Customer Services so I sent another email.
It's now been two weeks and I contacted them again and asked if the matter could be forwarded to someone higher up and again ingot the same reply from Thomann International Sales saying they can't do anything and I need to speak to Thomann Customer Services.
Now I don't what way Thomann are set up ,if everybody is under the same roof, in the same building or if they are in different location but I expect that these departments have a better chance of communication with another Thomann department than I have so after two weeks I would expect any Thomann department to see the Thomann customer service is not as it should be and act to help resolve a problem for a customer by contacting the appropriate department and making sure they attended to it.
I have used Thomann before and the service is great when there isn't a problem with the order but in the case it is just appalling customer service after very poor quality control.
Two weeks after receiving my order I still don't a usable item and Thomann haven't even tried to resolve the problem, I certainly don't feel like trusting them a more expensive order.
Sadly infant recommend the case or Thomann after this.

Soon to be a picture on a milk carton.
I have not seen this case since I ordered it 10 months ago. If anyone has seen it please contact me at WTF.com. I paid the ransom still no case or guitar for that matter.
Last seen wearing black leatherette outer clothing with plush interior and in the company of a SC custom 2 with FR dressed in matte black. Tell them we love them and miss them...this was part of a cancelled order it took a appeal to PayPal to get a refund and it almost ended my relationship to Thomann. Once the action was filed the $ were in my account the same day. It was a shame it took that. I am hopeful my purchase today for @500$USD goes a little better.

Warning! This product is completely useless!
I bought this case to store and carry my Guitar. This case is so poorly made that the catches do not remain closed. Carry your guitar in this case and the catches will open, if you don't close them immediately your beautiful guitar will fall out of the case, crashing onto the floor or pavement. My advice is that if you wish to carry your guitar in a case, buy a different case, one that works.

Very Low Quality
One corner of the case is misaligned when closed.
Only one of the four latches closes with a click sound indicating that it is indeed safely closed. The latches feel very flimsy.
The key closes only out of the two locks.
Specks of rust on the latches.
