String rattle (buzz) on strings 2-6. Caused by not enough 'relief' on playing surface.
After several phone calls to Thoman supported by photos of the string path and notes on Guqin construction with measurements Thoman suggested a £50 refund. Not wishing to send the Qin back to Germany and being apprehensive of a replacementand I reluctantly accepted the refund. I am a professional luthier and decided to repair the Qin myself (not an easy process!)
Thoman were helpful and I hope the information allowed them to assess other Qins in stock and maybe contact the manufacturer to ensure a better product.

Bon instrument d'étude

Instrument d'étude qui sonne plutôt bien. Fabrication correcte. Je l'utilise depuis 8 mois, je n'ai absolument aucun problème avec.
Evidemment, ce n'est pas un guqin haut de gamme à 2000€ mais pour débuter sans se ruiner c'est très correct
Livraison et service Thomann toujours très bien.
Totalement satisfait de cet achat

GuQin - eine neue Welt

das Produkt ist wunderschön. Ich bin in den Anfängen meinen GuQin zu beherrschen und es ist auch anspruchsvoll. Aber es ist ein einzigartiges Produkt, das neugierig macht und neben Spaß auch Entspannung schenkt.

Wer auf eine neue Welt sich befinden möchte, ist mit dem Guqin bestens aufgehoben.
