Nachdem ich den Alt, Tenor und Großbass hatte, ist mit diesem Bass der tiefe Satz nun vollständig.

Und wieder werden einige fragen, wieso ausgerechnet diese Muschel mit "nur" einer chromatischen Oktave Tonumfang das Instrument meiner Wahl ist....

1. Weil für viele SATB Stücke und Arrangements eine Oktave mehr als ausreichend ist.
2. Weil diese Instrumente nach mittelalterlicher und Renaissance (angehauchter) Musik "schreien" und für diese Musik oft nur eine Oktave benötigt wird.
3. Weil die Instrumente im Zusammenspiel "aus einem Guß" klingen. Dafür bin ich gerne bereit, etwas an Arrangierarbeit zu investieren.
4. Weil die Muscheln Musik "greifbar" machen. Selbst die großen Muscheln fassen sich gut an.
5. Weil sie bei den Zuhörern den "Guck doch mal, bleib doch mal stehen, was ist das denn!?!?!" Effekt haben.
Und das ist schließlich die Hauptsache.

Wie immer ein großes Lob an die Firma Rotter für die Qualität ihrer Instrumente und Thomann für die Qualität ihres Kundenservice.
