Very mobile.

This "wheeled" amp needs brakes, every time I have positioned it in the van or on the venue floor, I turn round and its gone, it even ran away across the car park at surprising speed.

That aside, I love this amp for its simplicity, the spring line reverb is a very nice & warm sounding item, I use it without worries of over cooking my sound.

The channel "tone controls" really do a great job, you must be an old one to remember "tone controls". all amps had this once upon a time. Very quick and easy to set up your sound.

The internal size and shape of this amp's cabinet seems well balanced and ported, it gives a smooth and warm tone, looks and feels pretty good too. Makes my electric guitar/vocal/harmonica solo performance sound plenty good (I am told).

A bar room of thirty people is well covered by this amps volume, but when I mount it on a speaker tripod (raised off the floor one meter), there seems to be plenty more sound coverage, I like as little on stage equipment as possible (but sounding pretty good too), this amp does OK at this, the extra 8 ohm speaker really kicks up the volume in a good way .
The inputs on this box are so usable, impedance values are no problem, any instrument is taken with ease.

The small horn is not a peizo, it has a crossover and is a full on magnet/coil horn.
Depending on your style of music and the size of your bank account, I can recommend this amp for any "rising" solo, gigging musician, 80/100 watts is plenty, but always remember, it has wheels.

20/08/17 update-I swapped out the speaker for Thomann's own "12 inch-4ohm" and I am shocked by the improvement in sound. This saves carrying an extra speaker box too, OK, I have probably lost the guarentee now, but Thomann brand name has (so far) fearless reliability.

Useful gigging amp for keyboard player.
Jack4863, 07.01.2014
I purchased this amp as I started playing keyboards in a rock band. I mainly used the amp as a monitor during gigs, with the output from the amp being sent to the mixer also.

Handling:
Very compact and light amp. The wheels on the bottom mean that moving the amp is simple and easy, and the extendible handle attached to the side also makes it very easy. There is a carry handle on the top of the amp also for when lifting is necessary.

Features:
There are 4 input channels. Each can either take an xlr microphone input, or a jack cable line input. Each Channel has individual volume, tone, and reverb dials. Volume changes the channel volume, tone seemed to boost the mid-frequencies somewhat, and the reverb dial changed the level of reverb on the channel. This meant I could use multiple keyboards at gigs, or at smaller venues I could put vocals into the amp also and use the channel volumes to mix them.
On the master section, there is an eq section with dials for low, mid, and high frequencies. From what I could tell, these only applied boosts to the eq bands and didn't facilitate cutting frequency. There is also a master volume dial, a master reverb dial (which dictates the overall level of reverb that will be applied to the channels, and a dial called "tape". The amp can take phono stereo pair input from a cd player or other audio device, and this last dial is the volume for this input. There is also a phono output for recording.
The amp has a jack output which sends master signal out. Useful for sending to a mixer in a live gig. There is also an effects send jack, an aux input jack, and a footswitch jack.

Sound:
Overall, the sound quality is very good. The eq dials allowed for some altering of the sound to sweeten it, but was applied to the master section as opposed to each channel, which meant you had to do general alterations rather than specific ones to each input.
The reverb is generic, and I didn't use it very often. It offered little in the ways of alteration or control beyond volume. However, it did sound very good on an acoustic piano patch, and did the job sufficiently for vocals when they were put through the amp.
Plenty of volume also for small to medium venues in my experience. Functions best as a personal monitor for keyboards at gigs, with the master output being sent to the mixer.

Quality:
The build quality is quite good for such a cheap product. The cabinet itself is sturdy and has taken a knock or two in transit in its lifetime, but other than the odd nick in the finish, it hasn't impacted the amp in any way.
The finish of the cabinet rips easily once it is damaged however, and is almost gone off my amp in sections. However, with a bit of tape it secures it again, and it doesn't impact the function of the amp.
The dials and knobs on the amp feel somewhat flimsy, and when the amp is in transit I always make sure that they are protected from getting bumped or hit by anything. However, I have never had any problems with the dials, so this is just a precaution.

Summary:
I would recommend this amp to the gigging keyboard player as a compact, light, and good quality amp. It is portable, easy to store, and sounds good.
Also a good amp to have as a practise amp for any level of keyboard player.
Very good product for the money.

mixed feelings with this one
Mr.Küpsis, 09.04.2021
I used this amp for my synth-sampler setup and kept it indoors without much moving action. But one day, after couple of months of use I heard same dangling noises from inside and figured out it was the tweeter fallen back. It was still connected and working but just freely dangling attached to cables. Opened the back and fixed it with duck tape.
Otherwise it was okay overall. The sound quality is not the best but you get what you paid for. And for the price having multiple channels with spring reverb is amazing. Also it has a very low noise considering the size of this amp which is very good.
The luggage style pulling thing doesn't seem like that strong and I wouldn't drag this amp on its own wheels anywhere far.

Bare bones basic amp .... so less to go wrong
01.03.2017
I searched through many different 'mobile' amplifiers for 'all-round' general purpose singing and instruments / PA. The market has many other brands with bluetooth, USB, wireless ..... blah, loaded with extra features, but as I have found from experience, the more gismos on a product, especially one which primary is meant to be used in a mobile situation, the more things that are prone to go wrong.

So I opted for this unit. 4 line / Mic inputs, RCA jack input and outputs on the back and a 'link' out. Some people might pooh pooh it's simplicity and basic functions, but then again there is much less to go wrong. All the knobs are recessed, so less chance to knock them off.

Now the performance. It has a 'nice' volume, not too loud, but a couple of these for a Small venue would be OK, I think a single one on it's own might struggle. The sound is quite crisp and clear but pushing the volume too much then it will break up distorted, but then again if you want really loud and clear ... don't buy a 150¤ amp. Reverb .... well my advice get an external reverb and run it through the effect loop the inbuilt one is a bit naff.

It is very sturdily built, good set of robust wheels and a 'suitcase' style pull-out handle for ease of pulling it around.

For the price, having four (five including the back one) inputs which can be individually mixed, an effects loop and the volume you can achieve, there is not really much other competition. For a little mobile system for a couple of singers and a few instruments or backing tracks ..... you really cannot go wrong with this.

Highly recommended
