Great desktop mic stand
Synic42 08.08.2019
Since I have a small desk in a corner for recording, this mic screen desktop stand is an ideal solution for me. It doesn't take up too much space and it eliminates a lot of reflections. This is a great starter mic stand with a decent build quality, that doesn't break the bank.

I suppose you need to know your use case
nuc_64 18.05.2023
I'm using this on my desk in a big, untreated room with lots of hard edges.
I record spoken word, close to the diaphragm.
No singing.

I can attest to room reverberations being markedly attenuated when recording with this screen in place. It is a little fiddly to set up and could do with a few more options to tilt and lift the mic to a more ideal position, perhaps; but once I found my sweet spot, it also disciplines me to remain there.
It may be more "portable" than some of its competition with the semi-circle harmonica setup, but it's still a hefty little base plate that I personally wouldn't want to lug around too much.
It's a great little helper for intimate vocals in a difficult room. It's not a vocal booth.

Amazing portable recording solution
Dimos 07.04.2020
Hello, guys, this is an amazing recording solution for portable studios. I used it with my microphone and the difference wasn't huge but I felt the sound was more concentrated. More in your face sound. I am really satisfied with this product, cause i take it with me wherever i go

I am using this screen for my podcasts and vocal recordings.
It s practical does not take space, you dont need full mic stand, and you can perform while you are sitting. Perfect fit for my needs.
