P
fair to middling instrument
Polycarp 27.08.2023
I've had the instrument for three weeks now. I don't think the mandolin is worth the money, but I'm a child of the 1940's so I think everything is too expensive these days! The strings on it sounded awful, so I replaced them with D'Addario EJ74's. The action was too high, so I've adjusted that, the intonation was ok. It now sounds like a reasonable instrument!

Passt schon - gut

Good mandolin for the price
thisnicknamewillbeused 03.08.2019
This is a very good mandolin for its price. I tried it out in the store and I loved it.
It holds its tune well, and plays like a charm. One problem I found is that the intonation is a little off, but this can be fixed if you know what you're doing or if you know a luthier.
I would recommend it to everyone who loves the mandolin.

Also the strap lock/knob is completely terrible. I tried three different straps, and none fitted on there. Eventually It broke off, 5 days after purchasing.
