BOX: it comes in a simple carton box
DESIGN: it is heavy; very round inner and outer edges
FEEL: it is very smooth; sits nice on the lips, very comfortable ... i can blow it for a long time before i get tired

VERDICT: a couple of months ago i got a better mouthpiece but this still feels like home to me ... the best to try out; it's worth it

Great mouth-watering, proven for decades

I bought this mouthpiece in May 2007 because I already had an old 24AW on a tuba and was very happy with it. The old mouthpiece, however, was retired, because I've ripped up my lips (the previous owner did not seem to handle it well). Then I once bought a used one and on the new tuba then of course had a 24AW. Since then, I play with this mouthpiece and never have problems with it.

The workmanship is very good and the wear since 2007 is very low on at least 5 hours of play a week on this mouthpiece and probably just happened by cleaning with the mouthpiece brush.

Therefore, there are no negative things about this mouthpiece. I can only recommend to anyone to try the mouthpiece.
