I use Sonor GHB S Hand Bells in the recording studio mostly. It just does the job. Maybe not the best sounding ever heard, but for the price it's a nice bargain.
Cons: It has got 13 bells, far less than Sonor GHB M model (24 bells). For about the same money. So if you need that Christmas' generic ringing bell sound maybe you should take a look at the M model.
Pros: 13 bells have less invasive envelope, which is quite more comfortable for precise strokes and stressed notes. The handle is well made, it doesn't tire your hands too much. The instrument itself seems to be solid and long lasting.
Overall: If you need nice sounding bells, not too loud or redundant, you should seriously consider Sonor GHB S.
