Cute, bright, noisy

...so a bit like my kids!

I've bought a pair and use for amateur musical theatre.

- Fan is fixed (high) speed and a little noisy close up. When used on stage it's acceptable but I wouldn't put close to the audience.

+ Bright (don't get too carried away - suitable for a smallish stages)
+ Appropriate beam angle
+ Good colours (RGBWAUV)
+ Good LCD setup display, auto-blacks
+ Good move speed and range

IEC power input only - no power thru'.

Packaging is substantial - I don't have any flight cases (are there any?) but the retail packaging is a good block of medium density foam and will be good enough for a fair while.

Comes with IR remote control although I haven't used this (will always use DMX).

Great that Thomann send a UK IEC lead FOC.

Good value for money. I'm also looking at others in this range.

Badass cheap little units
Max Becker, 06.01.2018
I recently got a pair of these for private use with my band and I am highly impressed.

These lights are bright, I wasn't expecting all that much given that these have 6 leds per thingy (RGBWA-UV) and the power rating is only 7x12W, but hell, for my small stage use these are more that powerful enough. Don't know if I'd recommend these on large stages since they are still small(-ish) washes but still, damn bright. Even the UVs are impressive.

They're not silent, at normal talking level these sometimes are a tad too loud. The fan spins at full power all of the time, even at idle or low brightness usage, but from 10 meters away this didn't really bother me.

They're well-built, although I haven't toured with them yet (I'd put moving heads in well padded flightcases anyway). They come well packed, so you could even use the boxes and foam inserts they come in to carry them around.

Feature-wise these aren't too bad, the built in programs aren't great, the color macros are a ok so I'd recommend manual mixing, the strobe works great, etc. I haven't bothered with the sound-active mode, I'd recommend getting a controller anyway.

Would recommend, will probably get more
