I heard a lot about Sadowsky basses but well, I heard a lot about a lot of brands which I later bought and usually was happy. This is different though. It was similar surprise when I bought baritone danelectro. I would consider it perfect modern bass sound. No need to extra preamp because it has Sadowski preamp inside. Usually I dont like active systems but this is something different. The pickup is passive but preamp is active so you still get the full organic sound that is enhanced by preamp. The preamp is a bit noisy in the active mode but it sounds so good that I almost dont care. Resonance of bass without plugin in is unbelievable. Before I plugged the bass I knew It is going to be something different. The guitar is made well. No bells and whistles yet decent. Marcus Miller guitars are probably better made but I bought it for the sound ( I like buying basses for the look so this is not the case as I dont like the classic fender shape). If the battery runs out it still works on passive mode which is nice fender like sound but million guitars sound like it. The active mode is unbelievable. A yeah, it is really comfortable to play. You might need few days to get used to slightly bigger string spacing. It feels and sounds like an expensive guitar.

Bassgitarre mit diversem Sound

Ok, hier meine ersten Erfahrungen, der Musik macht, aber kein Musiker ist. Ich will einen Bass mögen ,auspacken und spielen. Will auch keine großen Umbauarbeiten vornehmen. Aussehen : toll. Bespielbarkeit mit den Saiten ab Werk: Die E und A Saite zu laut. Die Spannung der Saiten sehr gut zu händeln. Leider im Passiv-Betrieb keine Soundeinstellung möglich und bei der Umschaltung ist die Lautstärke im Passivbereich zu leise !!! Das ist mir wichtig mitzuteilen. Die Bundstege müssen am Rand gefeilt werden!! Schlecht für Laien. Das Rauschen der Potis in vielen Einstellungen ist mir zu laut. Als Zusatzgitarre für GIGS ok. Vielleicht 200 Euro zu teuer. Ach ja , die Tasche und das Zubehör sind Klasse. Mein erster Sandowski, nicht unbedingt mein letzter......Mal schauen, ob die Mängel beim nächsten Bass behoben sind.
