Excellent but expensive

This is an excellent pad, the only reason i took away 1 star was the price. Very happy with the purchase as the extra zones and different surfaces really make practicing a lot more fun and effective. Here is what you get:

Pros:
- Good quality rubber surfaces
- Extra layer dampens rebound and makes it quieter
- Hard rubber corners with higher pitch, really fun to use
- Raised rim for rimshots!
- It's large and solidly buit

Neutral:
- extra playing surface on the back is good but nothing special

Cons:
- It's expensive
- Can be loud due to the large wooden construction. Especially rimshots. (this changes greatly where and how you use it)
- The green rubber seems to get dirty fairly easily
