Nice mixer with USB stick recording option (at low bitrate)

Asterios, 28.07.2017
I bought this mixer cause I liked the usb stick recorder standalone option! The main con I found is that the onboard usb recorder records in low quallity-bitrate (128) I've sent an email to Phonic asking for an update (to at least 320 kb/s) but I got no answer!
So, it's a mixer with a nice feature (USB standalone recording) that needs an update to be better! That's why I put 4 stars (not 5!)

Incredibly versatile and really beneficial!

Actually, I had only in front of the guitar lately also vocals on the ears to pack. But I had (since I was already looking latently anyway) an accoustic amp targeted, which then provided a vocal input with a headphone output. So I called the hotline, because the idea to take a USB audio interface also haunted around and asked for the more appropriate way. There I was offered as a completely different alternative a small mixer (AM85) for 59¤. Surprised by 1. the simple solution and 2. the cheap offers I let the search run wild.

Result of the search:
The AM85 already in the shopping cart, I noticed the only slightly more expensive Celeus 100 for 75¤. Also interesting for me were the USB recording and the Bluetooth options. Zack - ordered.

I am very excited. First delivered as usual fast, directly unpacked and evaluated the following:

Very clearly designed color illustrated short description in German. Individually packaged power supply, USB cable and device. Built, connected and tried.

The device is also very clear. The SM58 in the first, the smartphone (S7) via Bluetooth in the second and the guitar in the third channel. Very easy to control and the sound is completely OK. Just wanted something simple to rehearse for at home. The Bluetooth contact was made very quickly and reveals a lot of possibilities. Just run the rehearsal recording in the background and play guitar and vocals to match. Great!

The recording option also quickly tried and found to be good. Have a USB stick card reader with 16GB SD card from Sandisc clamped. Sound is good and everything is very practical. The operation is logical and also adjustable in German. Also for the fingers is enough freedom of movement, so that the small buttons can be targeted.

Info: I have hung the small mixer using K & M 19685 and K & M 19715 on the microphone stand (fixed with Velcro) and am really excited about it.

Super cool particle. Convinced me of the low price, the compact design, the USB recording option and Bluetooth interface. For 75¤ a really strong course!

I can not say anything about the function of the PC interface / sound card function.
