Amazing High Peek snare

If you are looking for a Mid to High pitch Snare this is the snare for you.
The snare acts like a piccolo snare but with the size of a full snare and so you get a clear cut in a band that uses a variaty of low sounds (metal,extreme metal and sometimes even funk)
This snare is ok at mid pitch but does not have the crack like he has in high tunning.
I recommend this snare for beginners in a metal band because of this low price and high attack!!!
Overall great snare and easy to pick up and place in any genre!!!

Great snare for metal and extreme metal , top cut sound and pearl quality . Worth every cent , i have been using it for 2 years now and i love it , i wouldn't change it for anything . Also love the characteristic steel sound , great representative of the metal snares hands down.

I used to play in a maple and this was my first ever steel snare. Never going back, it sounds so good, i can tune it high and it holds its tuning well.

Die Pearl JJ1365 Joey Jordison Snare ist bei mir nun seit 2006 im täglichen Gebrauch, beim üben, sowie bei jedem Gig, und erfüllt ihre Dienste zur vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Der Sound hat mich von Anfang an voll überzeugt. Der 1mm dicke Stahlkessel bietet einen knalligen, punchigen Sound, mit reichlich Obertönen.
Ich persönlich spiele die Snare sehr hochgestimmt, wodurch die Rimshots knackiger wirken, und die Obertöne noch mehr zur Geltung kommen.
Die Verarbeitung ist wie bei jeglichen Pearl Produkten erstklassig. Die mattschwarze Lackierung sowie die eingravierten "Tribal S", das Markenzeichen der Band "Slipknot" sind ohne jegliche Beanstandung. Leider ist durch die Lackierung jeder noch so kleine Fingerabdruck erkennbar, wodurch man die Snare nur an den Rims anfassen sollte.
Die Snareabhebung funktioniert zudem reibungslos.

Wer auf der Suche nach einer knalligen und wuchtigen Snare ist, dem sei die Pearl Joey Jordison Signature Snare sehr ans Herz gelegt.
