Not great
These optical cables feel quite fragile, and I have had some of them break at the connector part. They are cheap, but I'm not sure I would buy them again due to their fragility.

Cable broke early.
Unfortunately the cable broke early. it doesn't work anymore. I noticed that the internal optical fiber comes out, I don't know if it depends on this, but it doesn't work.

Why only 3 stars?
This is a very nice cable and functions perfectly well depending on the type of socket you are plugging into. I have experienced a problem in the design of some optical inputs which by no means is the cables fault. But I thought it would be worth a mention as I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else! I removed the cable from the back of one of my racks one day to find the optical socket flap snapped off. I searched online and found that this was common problem with the flap type adat socket. Most people recommend plastic ends as it is less likely to break the socket. Unforchantly the flap also holds the cable secure and as this has snapped off my rack i've had to tape the cable into the socket.

Bad quality for this price
It does not snap into female TOSLINK properly (too short and metal housing restricts for proper fit)

Got one to connect my computer to my mixer.
Had to move it a couple of times and it stopped working.
Got a new one and now everything is fine.
Just fine for it's price.
