The design of the keys is totally disproportionate to the size of the instrument and prevents comfortable handling of the bass notes of the flute, in fact makes them practically impractical at a certain speed. The proximity of the key of do with the sharp one is also very uncomfortable but the main defect is that the keys invade the space of the end of the body of the instrument hindering the movement of the fingers. It is incomprehensible that these keys have the same size as in the similar high-end model.
The notes on sharp from the sustained do are achieved with fingerings too intricate and fail to provide a practical solution. It is more advisable to use a Baroque soprano (or a Mollenhauer Dream model) by plugging the bell hole.
The voicing is poor in sound quality and compared to other Mollenhauer models like the soprano Adris Dream is remarkable its inferiority in both the volume and the flexibility of the timbre.
The extension of the natural si would be the only advantage of this instrument over others but its price and the general quality throw an unacceptable balance for any professional. I do not recommend their acquisition.
