Price reflects the quality

I read other reviews, that the tambourine is very frail and it is true. It is good for your home use and recordings, but deffinetely not for heavy gigs. Made of plywood, with dents here and there and the finish quality not the greatest, but it otherwise does it's function, just look after it and don't strike it too hard against your palms.

Cheap and fun tambourine, good if you look for something to start experiment with. The quality construction is not the best, as the small rods that hold the cymbals tend to come off after a while, if you play with sticks, and the wood is not very hard.
If you're gentle with it, it should last.

Great value

I use this Tambourine mainly for recording, because I really like the overall sonic balance, and the fact that it's not ear-piercing loud. For the price, amazing buy.

G
Good tambourine for the price
GJK123 15.04.2017
I bought this tambourine because I needed more percussion sounds for some home recording. I think this tambourine is good quality and worth the price.

The sound is a bit thin but the chimes do have a nice high end to them. Although I don?t think I would use it for gigs or any serious recording sessions.

This is also a great instrument for introducing kids to music, especially due to it's small size and light weight. It?s really easy to play and it?s a lot fun to bring along for a jam too.

Great for keeping the rhythm, the sound quality is decent but nothing special. Very good if you need a tambourine and don't want to spend too much

Good for an entrance item

I bought this tambourine for a funny gig in a wedding. And it has good sound and is higher enough for the people to have fun.

For soft hitting in pop melodies, this is really great.
Satisfied with this product.

Thank you for another good product Thomann

Well built, cheap, lightweight, however it is quite quiet and lacks the full sound you expect from a tambourine.
