Super Knall für die Sambagruppe

Verwende die Caixa von Meinl in unserer Sambagruppe, da wir neben Timbales, Repiquen und einer normalen Snare noch so einen richtigen schönen lauten Knall haben wollten.

Die Verarbeitung des Kessels ist, wie von Meinl gewohnt, top. Die Kette und die Mechanik sind auch sehr gut verarbeitet, lässt sich auch sehr gut bedienen. Das Gewicht ist gerade für längere Märsche kein Problem, mit dem richtigem Tragesystem bleibt die Caixa wo sie hingehört.

Einziges Manko war das Schlagfell, dass beim 2ten Umzug leider schon den Geist aufgegeben hat. Rimshots sollte das Fell auf jeden Fall aushalten. Ich werde nicht das passende Fell kaufen, sondern ein Powerstroke, da diese Dinger wirkich unverwüstlich sind.

Zum Sound lässt sich sagen, dass die Caixa ordentlich knallt und doch schön aus dem ganzen Samba-Sound zu hören ist. Somit kann man tolle Akzente setzen.

Alles in Allem: Klarer Kauftip!

Caixa de samba reggae, légère et peu profonde.
Bien tendre la peau (une clé est fournie ; les clés de batteries n'étant pas adaptées).
Le son est alors doux, sans besoin de forcer les coups, occupant en continu le fond de la batucada.
Les rim shots sont effectivement sonores.

Globalement la caixa est d'excellente facture.
Petit bémol sur la fixation du timbre, un peu faiblarde et qui semble un peu lâche. Rien qui remettrait en cause l'achat cependant.

PS : penser à l'utiliser avec une sangle adaptée.

Für die Samba-Praxis ein wirklich gelungenes Instrument. Spielt man jedoch (so wie ich) gerne knallige Rimshots, dann lockert sich mit schöner Regelmäßigkeit die Justierschraube für den Snareteppich, bis er irgendwann überhaupt nicht mehr anliegt. Spätestens dann merkt/hört es auch der Letzte in der Sambagruppe...
Also hat es sich für mich schon zum zwanghaften Ritual entwickelt, in jeder Spielpause, nach jedem Stück, die Schraube wieder anzuziehen.
