It has a simple 30s vibe which I love. There are no frills, but if Blind Willie Johnson could get by without abalone inlays, I reckon I can, too. It smells wonderful - a bit like an old cigar box, but one that used to contain quality cigars. And it sounds superb. The sustain is extremely impressive and allows nuances in the music that I missed before. The sound is warm and mellow, and much bigger than you might expect form a guitar of this size. Even my wife, who tends to ignore my playing or sigh loudly when I pick a guitar up, said ''wow'' when she first heard it. I absolutely love it.

Super sound, great look
After 5 months of possession, I can draw the following conclusions: A great guitar with a sound of hell. I love the sober look really class. Martin really made good choices to offer a price accessible without compromise on quality and sound. Excellent wood, warm and resonant sound. Sustain incredible. Be careful if you have big hands, the handle is fine. Very comfortable due to its small size. Great for the blues of course but I think it does all well.
