Para melodías en escalas mayores

He probado varios modelos Lee Oskar y me parece que, en general, el control de calidad no puede compararse al de marcas como Seydell. Por ejemplo, el modelo MM en C apenas me duró 6 meses, mientras que ésta en G, no ha perdido aún su afinación casi dos años después de adquirida. Aún así, dado su precio y las posibilidades que ofrece la afinación Melody Maker (2º grado de la escala en el canal 3 soplado, y 7ª mayor en el canal 5 aspirado, que se puede hacer bemol mediante "bending") es un instrumento a tener en cuenta a la hora de ejecutar melodías mayores con un sonido "blues".

Major Diatonic oder Melody Maker

Zu den typischen Merkmalen von Lee Oskar Harps gibt es inzwischen viele überwiegend positive Resonanz zu lesen. Ich besitze von diesem Hersteller eine D-Dur Major Diatonic, eine a-Moll Natural Minor und seit kurzem eine G-Dur Melody Maker. Bei allen drei Harps gefällt mir die Verarbeitung ohne scharfe Kanten und die Ansprache.

Ich habe folgende Anmerkung zur Betriebsanleitung bei den "Melody Maker" Lee Oscar Harps, "best harp available for SINGLE-NOTE MELODY PLAYING in Cross Harp Position". Wer gerne Blues/Rock spielt, dem empfehle ich eine normale C-Dur Major Diatonic gespielt in Cross Position für die G-Dur Tonart. Den auch auf der Melody Maker muss für Blues/Rock "cross" für G-Dur gespielt werden, also durch ziehen (draw) die gleiche Anstrengung wie mit einer C-Harp.

Wie die Betriebsanleitung schreibt, empfiehlt Lee Oscar diese Harp Melody Maker auch eher für den Bereich Country, Standard, Beat, Pop etc. Nur, wer Melodien wie Heart of Gold zur Gitarre spielt, kann dann dies auch gleich mit einer Major-Diatonic G-Harp machen und erhält die Tönfolgen mit "blow" leichter als mit "draw", denn ständiges ziehen kostet doch mehr Kraft, auch wenn Lee Oscar Harps hier die Ansprache gegenüber einer Harley Benton erleichtert.

Die erste Position ist bei der G-Dur Melody Maker a-moll ("straight") und hier kann ich mit der Natural Minor die (labeled in Cross Harp) dann aber mit Stimmung d-moll sehr gut in einer Moll Tonart gestimmte Songs spielen. Zusammengefasst bleibt für mich die Skalierung einer "Melody Maker" eine Nische und eine in Major Diatonic gestimmte Mundharmonika die meist verwendete und flexibelste Harp!

Le "melody maker" permet de jouer des mélodies dans 2 octaves sans trop changer les habitudes de jeu.
J'adore jouer avec les Lee Oscar. Mais ils sont assez fragiles, les lames se désaccordent assez rapidement surtout lorsque l'on thomann joue avec une forte sono en configuration groupe rock. Mais j'adore leur son, j'en change donc quand ils sont trop désaccordés (tous les 2 ans environ ?)

Lee Oskar Mélody Maker en Sol (G)

Je possède depuis plus d'un an trois harmonicas de marque Lee Oskar dont deux Mélody Maker. Ils ont de l?expressivité, de la justesse et de la puissance, ils sont très bien pour jouer sans amplification. La fabrication est de qualité. Au départ il faut un temps d'adaptation car l'accordage n'est pas celui d'un accordage standard Richter (diatonique Major). Je le recommande sans problème à l'achat car à ce prix on joue sur un harmo d'excellente qualité.
