Piano arranger KORG HAVIAN 30

07.12.2016
Very satisfied with my purchase: good material, good sound, good keyboard touch, I think I have for weeks to discover all its possibilities, sounds and accompaniments.

A big downside however, the headphone jack is in the back which is a big mistake; This plug also serves as a "line out", so if you plug it into an external system it becomes mute!

I do not want to miss it any more

Harry 2016, 28.07.2017
We have taken this digital piano to the heart. My wife and I. Both of us play different musical genres. My instruments are mainly Giitarre and brass instruments. My wife plays among others electric bass.
In addition to Korg Havian, we also play a Yamaha piano, a 2 manual Yamaha organ and a Yamaha Keayboard. This only on the margins, to be able to classify our statements. I am thrilled by the sound of the pianos, but the other almost 1000 voices also play the "real sound" very well. The reviews at Thomann give a very authentic experience. Mainly the grand piano is played and klingz very real. It is a different sounding experience than with Yamaha Pianos, more light and pointed, but expressing this is difficult. 88 keys with very fine and accurate keys. Touch screen operation is not a problem after a while. The slightly larger touch screens at the Korg are already more pleasant, but after a short time know the fingers where and how to be pressed / touched.
The drumming sounds for me a little more after "right" life drums than some comparison manufacturers. Perhaps this is only because the comparison sounds are heard very often.
However, there are two points that I had to get used to.
1. The piano needs eteas more than 1 minute to load the operating system. So quickly sit down, turn on and try something short is not quite so fast. So it means - first turn on, open notes and stomp and then play. So I do this now and it goes well.
2. The included music stand or better -hallter is very cheap. I have now put a real music stand before the piano (which takes also no more space and is what is correct).

Finally, I refer once again to the tests at the product description at Thomann. For me the test descriptions were very helpful and correct.

We would order the Korg piano again immediately.
