Big Canvas Bag - fits K&M Stand 18880
Magilla66 17.08.2021
The bag isn't designed for the K&M 18880 stand, but it definitely will fit inside it - the feet of the adjustable legs fit inside the bag zipped up with a few millimeters of room to spare. Depending on how tall you set your stand up, here are a few extra notes:

- If the 18880 stand is set up for a standing playing position, you may need to remove the legs and/or stackers in order to fit inside the bag. Fortunately, the stand is designed for quick removal and setup of parts and accessories
- If your 18880 stand is set up for a seated playing position, you may be able to fit the entire stand plus attached stackers in the bag.
- Highly recommend covering any sharp metal ends of keyboard stands with some thicker foam, towels, rubber sheeting, or the like to prevent tearing of the bag from the inside (I'm using a small floor mat)
- While I don't anticipate having to use both of my 18880 stands at the same time, I'm sure I could put both of them inside this bag and still have room for more things (lightweight).

Some have complained about (a) the color scheme, (b) the smell, (c) the size. The bag I received is all black, no green on this bag anywhere (no stitching, no webbing, no straps, nothing - it's all black). I would guess the next person who buys one will also get an all-black bag. The bag does have a peculiar "fragrance" to it, but I think that's coming from whatever the coating on the inside of the bag is made of, smells petroleum-like. I can only say that the bag is the right size for my needs - if you measure your stand or stands against the dimensions of the bag, I'm sure you'll determine if it will work for you or not.

Cheers!

Tony

Good quality bag

I use this bag for my K&M 18950 keyboard stand. It is a lot larger than the stand so I suspect the bag is actually made for a different product but this is not a problem, it means there is plenty of room for other bits.
It is very well made with strong handles and a good quality sturdy zip.
It has stood up well to being thrown in the van and travelled to gigs.
Overall very good.

Comfortably holds the K&M 18950 stand, some stackers and a table top that I made to fit. Carry handles are comfortable. I could do without the bright green colour on the strap though.

Big but fine

I bought this as it was the recommended bag to hold my keyboard stand (K&M 18950). I was hoping that I could also store the stand's microphone attachment.

It could - easily. If I tried, I could probably get in there too. It's quite a bit larger than the stand. I don't know whether it's so that I can leave the stand extended, or store leads/pedals in there too?

But hey. It's a bag. It's very well made and will hopefully stop scuffs to the stand inside. It can fold up over itself when loaded, so it's no big deal.

The straps, handles and zip seem certainly better than the 88-note bag I've got (from a different manufacturer), so it's a shame they don't make those.
