Very articulate metal/rock guitar with a fast playing, smooth neck, it's a very nice looking guitar and it plays just as well as it looks. I've barely any complaints about this guitar
PROS: - It djents - Very smooth and efficient to play, could play it for hours without feeling any significant strain - Stays in tune quite well even though I live in a very bi-polar climate - Can produce a number of different sounds so it can adapt to a number of different genres and styles of music
CONS: - When the single coil switch is turned on there is a very low hum, but it can be removed in the mixing/mastering process so it doesn't bother me that much

Nearly perfect ...
Handling: The guitar is nice and easy to play. The shape fits perfectly, whether in the sitting or standing. You can reach all the frets very easily without touching somewhere. The unpainted neck also feels great when playing.
Tuner: Stringing the guitar with the locking tuners is done within a few minutes thanks to the fixed bridge. They are not very stable, you have to readjust every two to three days, but this is normal.
Pickups: Unfortunately, I find on the one hand that the pickups of the 7-string are somewhat more spongy than with the 6-string. Also, I do not like the neck pickups of both versions in Overdrive. They sound a bit dull compared to my other guitars, I'd have hoped for more. Clean and split, the neck pickups are super, but when it goes into the metal regions, I use these guitars exclusively on the bridge pickups, for both rhythm and solos. Despite all this is complaining at a high level, you have to say quite clearly (!), Both pickups are already considered quite good, but not perfect. I wonder if I should exchange them against the famous CrunchLab / Liquifire combination.
Processing: ATTENTION, I have a total of 3 (!) Guitars of this series because of processing defects (partly from other shops), so look carefully. In all the painting was sloppily carried out at the transitions. This may not actually happen in this price segment in my opinion. In my 6-string is now after three months one of the pickups over and she is since then in the workshop with Ibanez. Can you have so much bad luck at one time, or is it perhaps no accident ...?
All in all, I would recommend the guitar anyway, provided you get a working and well-processed piece.
