Harry Hartmann Fiberreed Carbon, Tenor Saxophone, Hard (3,5), High-Tech carbon fiber with hollow fiber connect full sound, direct response and a beaming upper register, hot loves of many Pop- and Jazz-Players, last 20-30 times longer compared to a cane reed, plays 100% from the first second, are extremely durable and resistant against splitting, never dry out because they do not absorb moisture, are always available in exactly the same quality, are easy to clean and therefore hygienic and odourless even after months of use
A good fibrereed with a big bright sound. Very easy to blow but I find the altisimo register harder than the fibrecell I also use. The only issue I had was the reed cut my lip when I first tried it a rub with some fine wet & dry paper sorted this out but I was glad the reed was a bit too hard to start with or it may have been too soft after sanding. A great back up but not my first choice.
