An amazing guitar at a great price point
Tsvetan Tsvetkov, 26.09.2019
I just got the guitar and to be honest I had my doubts about what I was getting myself into. A Floyd 1000 with stainless steel frets and roasted maple neck are features of 1000€ + guitar. I was totally blown away by the quality of the instrument.

When I got it it was perfectly intonated, but the strings were a bit high for me and after a quick setup it was apparent that I've got a great deal on this instrument. It's super comfortable, perfectly balanced and it looks killer. The neck is fantastic. It's not as thin as an Ibanez but it's not fat by any means. The freatbord is just a bit narrower than an Ibanez but that's a good thing in my book. The frets are perfectly done. Normaly when I buy guitars I have to finish the fret edges myself but here this wasn't needed.

Of course it's not only rainbows and unicorns. There are some cons but they are so minor that you don't even notice them. Some are:
- The position of the pickup split switch. It's in an awkward place for me. I'd preffer to not have a tone knob, but to have the splitter switch on that spot instead.
- I can't quite reach the 23th and 24th frets as comfortably as on an Ibanez for example. I wish the neck joint was just a bit thinner.
- The pickups are pretty low output and they have a big volume difference between them. The Neck pickup is much more louder than the Bridge one.
- I'd love for the neck to be just a bit wider or the fret crowns to be done a bit more to the edge of the neck because currently I sometimes run out of fretboard and the high and low E strings go over the edge of the fretboard

A very beautiful, nicely built guitar, but with some small problems
AlexDK, 08.05.2019
If you think about buying this guitar, I would definitely say that it is worth the money easily, but I would like o give some words of warning and advice about it.
Firstly, the pickups. They sound quite nice and interesting on clean tones, but they are way too low output for anything close to heavy rock. They also sound quite muddy on high gain. I have changed them to a pair of chromed EMGs, and it made it sound more to my taste.
A VERY IMPORTANT ASPECT: the holes for the pickups are of a strange size!! they are too small to fit EMG pickups. I had to file/cut away from the wood about 1mm on the sides, and a bit less on the horizontal sides to make them fit, so beware. The standard pickups are also very strangely mounted: the screws that hold them in have no springs attached to them, but rather the pickups have springs on the backside, which I found very strange. So in my case, if you mount EMG pickups they will sit on the wood bottom and end up in a perfect position, but cannot be adjusted afterwards. Kinda strange, but yeah.

Amazing value!
Alexei Prudivus, 21.03.2019
Positives:
+Looks great! Flame maple is perfectly matched on my guitar. "Flame" on the fretboard looks amazing.
+Feels great! Back of the neck feels very smooth.
+Overall build quality is very solid.
+No fret buzz! Plus guitar came set up properly right from the box.
+Original Floyd Rose! Stays in tune fine.
+Grover turners are not locking, but feel very smooth and quality.
+Pickups have very medium output, have a lot of mids, can be used for variery of music styles. Bridge pickup is ok, I don't plan on swapping it.

Negatives:
-Quality of finish is not the best in some very small places.
-Neck heel is quite sharp and uncomfortable(compared to an Ibanez)
-Volume knob gets in the way if you stick your pinky out too much. Plus palm muting 1st and 2nd string is almost impossible because of volume knob... but that's just my playing technique, I guess...
-Shape of the neck IS NOT MODERN C. It is a fat C, like on a strat.
-Guitar came with 9-42 strings, instead of 10-46 as advertised :(
-Guitar is a bit heavy.
-Neck pickup is a bit weak, I guess I would recommend swapping it.

Overall:
Incredibly value good for money. This level of quality of fretwork simply can't be found on other guitars from this price range. I repeat, no fret buzz!
Would recomment to anyone!
But a pickup swap is advised...

Simply Amazing
Sarah L, 13.05.2020
where to begin! This guitar has completely changed my opinion on cheap guitars, for one thing the spec is simply fantastic and I was shocked to see a beautiful flame neck on my example but the part that really blew me away was that despite having the specs of a £1000+ guitar for a third of the cost it still performs and feels like a decent quality instrument, comparing it side by side to my Ibanez Jem 7v, it surprisingly stays in tune better and while the pickups are a bit hit and miss they are completely "fine" but at this price changing them out is not a huge task.

Pros
- beautiful neck
- super affordable without sacrifice to function
- comfortable neck profile, think thicker C but not unwieldy
- versatile tone
- Has a decent quality Floyd rose that stays in tune perfectly
- holds up to guitars 2 or 3 times its price

Cons
- minor finish flaws
- one fret was slightly high and as it is stainless steel its not easy to correct.
- pickups could be better however acceptable in this price range.
