Good sound not so good finishing
AnnaCH 18.11.2021
I have other electric guitars (Gibson and Fender, from more premium series) and never owned a semi-hollow one. I was looking for a warmer sound while keeping a small body guitar. That's when I discovered this model. Every review was great about it so I bought it.
The sound is indeed warm and saturated but what bothered me was the finishings: the guitar was dirty with lots of dust and small wood debris inside the body. I spent a bit of time to get all out from the f holes and cleaning out. While doing that I noticed that the neck humbucker was really loose, so I put a bit of black foam to steady it. Finally, intonation was not good at all. So, I had to spend a lot of time preparing and tuning the guitar before playing it... Another thing is the weight balance, the guitar won't stay leveled when strapped, it's a bit annoying but maybe normal with this kind of guitar?
In the end, it's a beautiful lightweight guitar with a beautiful sound, to use in a studio or home recording. If you want better finishings, maybe try a premium model instead of this one.

Très bonne guitare polyvalente, un grand plaisir de jouer avec pour un prix défiant toute concurrence. Aussi bien à l'aise pour du jazz qu'un son un peu plus rock, je ne regrette pas mon achat. Le look et la finition sont au top.
