One of the best preamps money can buy

I have been using this preamp for years, I cannot stress how good it is!!
The sound is open, large and natural, by cranking up the preamp gain and lowering the output you can saturate and distort the signal is beautifull ways. If you prefer a more transparent sound bring the output volume up and lower the pream gain, for crispy clean sounds!

The thing is build like a tank! All butons and knobs feel solid and very well build. After years of use there have been no issues what so ever.

The pream is very neve sounding and it is extremely versitile!

I would say its the desert island preamp of my choise!

ce préampli est tout simplement excellent, rien à redire, je l'utilise entre autre avec un micro à lampe et le son est très limpide et on peut jouer entre le niveau de gain et le niveau de sortie pour varier le timbre. L'autre aspect non négligeable est la sortie en direct monitoring, le musicien peut s'exprimer pleinement sans être dérangé par un quelconque problème de latence.

Très bon préampli, j'ai un Aurora GTQ2 et des Universal Audio, le Great River est plus précis, plus défini. Il est aussi très pratique et facile à utiliser avec des vu-metres pré/post.
