My fingers are to fat for the picks
Mries 21.12.2020
I prefer these picks above all other finger picks I have tried before.
I always play finger style, and I like the clearness with finger picks, but most of them are not fitting my way of playing.
These do, the way they are attached to the finger is perfect for my playing. But, I should have taken bigger once. These are squeezing a little to much, giving me dead finger tips...

Promising, but too expensive just to try out
Dirtnap 14.03.2018
I was never satisfied with standard finger picks.
These really seemed promising because out of all of those I've tried so far, these ones really mimic the fingernail the most. I bought both this version, the Polycarbonate ones, as well as the ones made of Delrin which I tried first. The first fit was very uncomfortable - a rather sharp edge digging directly into my cuticles. So I did some filing and cutting (as recommended) after which they became much more comfortable. Unfortunately they also became worthless. That edge and overall length of the top part is important for the overall hold and leverage. Now they pull up away from the fingernails when picking.
I have quite small hands, or maybe better to say short fingers. I suspect that's my biggest problem, not the product.
So maybe someone with different fingers think they're fine. a lot of people recommend them on the web. And I must say they were really promising at first. But after rendering them useless I obviously can't send them back.
Oh well, if you have the extra cash lying around I guess they are worth the try
Good that I left these ones untouched - they're going back. Sorry Fred!

Tricky

If you’re willing to put ina lot of work with files these things can be unreal. I play normally fire fingernails. I play a kind of progish style and I use a fake nail on my index. My idea with these is to have an instant replacement for any of my nails if they break. So far I’m loving them. Not 100% the same as nails but absolutely usable in a pinch

Excellent after adjustments
Miron M. 02.01.2019
They need personal adjustments: cutting the size to match your fingers and sanding all edges, especially tips as your finger nails. The picks are extremely durable and with a bit of bit click if they don't heave the correct angle to string contact.
