I bought this as it had so many effects and Amp types built into it,
the app works nicely occasionally i have to reboot the amp, not sure if its a software bug but this is a minimal inconvenience.
The sound quality is very good, the effect options are many, i use with the GTX-7 foot switch and it works perfectly. Does everything i need, due to the USB i record direct to my PC with no real issues, for me i found this AMP very good especially for the price.

Feature-full adn high quality modelling amp

Excellent modelling amp, great hardware (the Celestion loudspeaker really makes its mark!), high quality sound and equipped with all the features a guitarist may need, from beginning to expert level. The only flaws I can underline:
1) its a little bit difficult to set without Fender Tone App, expecially some settings buried deep in the menu, like bias, sag, noise gate, ecc...
2) some features (like looper) can be used only with the GTX7 footswitch, just optional for Mustang GTX50.
3) the user manual doesn't show all the power-features in depth, you have to rely on user community to find answers to some questions.

Vielseitiger Amp mit überragendem Klang

Ich besitze den Amp nun seit mehreren Monaten und bin immer noch von der Vielseitigkeit und dem Klang begeistert.
Durch die Vielzahl an simulierbaren Verstärkern und den vielen Effekten lässt sich so gut wie jeder gewünschte Tone erzielen, soweit man weiß wie.
Mit dem GTX50 macht es wirklich Spaß zu jammen, da es möglich ist, in geringer Zeit zwischen verschiedenen Soundprofilen zu wechseln.

Durch eine Master-Volume lässt sich der Verstärker problemlos in einer für Wohnungen akzeptablen Lautstärke spielen (ich habe jedenfalls bisher noch keine Beschwerden von Nachbaren erhalten).
Auch die Anbindung an die Fender Tone App hat sich für mich als nützlich erwiesen und wird von mir oftmals für die Erstellung von neuen Profilen verwendet.
Durch einen XLR und USB Ausgang ist es möglich ohne ein Mikrofonsetup in einer durchaus akzeptablen Qualität aufzunehmen.

Zusammenfassend würde ich den Verstärker ohne Bedenken, vor allem auch für den Gebrauch in einer Wohnung, empfehlen.
Auch spart man durch die integrierten Effekte Geld, da man keine Vielzahl an Pedale kaufen muss, um einen gewünschten Sound zu erzielen.

Couteau-suisse numérique

Le fender mustang gtx50 est un couteau suisse guitaristique : on y fait ce que l'on veut (il contient une bonne base d'ampli / cab et la possibilité de mélanger à loisir les deux), et lorsqu'on ne sait pas ce que l'on veut, la base de ~100 presets + tous les presets en ligne est suffisante.

C'est aussi un multi-effet sympathique. De mon point de vue, les saturations sont un peu gentilles (mais ça se règle avec les ampli intégrés). On peut gérer les effets comme une chaîne physique (avant l'ampli, après l'ampli…) avec plus ou moins de liberté.

Je l'ai depuis plusieurs mois et je m'amuse encore à le découvrir, à tester, expérimenter, etc.

À noter, je joue sur Epi Les Paul et, j'imagine, l'ampli a été configuré avec une strat ou tout comme, bien que ça ne pose pas de gros problème.

Points négatifs : même si c'est joli, j'ai du mal avec les réglages sur le dessus - il vaut mieux utiliser l'application sur tablette, surtout avec mes gros doigts ; l'application n'est pas utilisable sur l'ordinateur (macbook) pour cet ampli.
En dehors de cela, c'est un ampli que je compte bien garder précieusement.
