Is not worth its money.

This is my main instrument, I have to say i was never satisfied with what I got.

First of all the colour of the bass is not white, it is a sh**ty crem white, that frankly I did not like since purchase.

Second and most importantly I have never been satisfied with how this bass sounds, several years later,even after changing the pickups, it just doesnt do it for me.
It is a very noisy bass that requires a whole lot of skill in your hand technique to get clear sounding notes. It is a rock bass. There is always some WHoos VRooom Sounds coming off when u play which really annoys me.

It is not that the instrument is not of quality. It is just that it is a cheap product in general.

For my ears the P pickup sounds good, but the other are too noisy.

IN addition, it is impossible to slap and to sound good on this bass.

Do not buy this, if you are even considering this bass, just look for soemthing else, the really cool skull onn the base of the neck is not worth 1000?

It is a 'Jazz Bass Special': PB body with a JB handle (38 mm to the nut), the comfort of play is particularly pleasant, especially since the handle is covered with a very fluid black varnish, 'Adapting to any style of play.
Passive electronics, I chose to replace the original mics with a Precision / Jazz '62 kit (hand-wound by Stéphane Beaussart of HEP CAT Pickups) for + presence, bass, rounder, midrange and treble More singing. I changed the original strings for flat nets (D'Addario ECB 81 Chrome) respecting the original ties (045 - 065 - 080 - 100)
I highly recommend this bass, even for those who are not necessarily fans of the Gun's.
