Now about the Fender Stratocaster:
Attention to details in terms of finish and build quality is superb. My guitar came without any faults on neck, pickup wiring and selectors. All knobs and selectors work like a charm. The setup was perfect from the box - intonation is spot on, action - perfect, overall feel is very comfy. V-type neck is barely noticable, feels more like C profile after 6th or 7th fret. Soundwise stock pickups deliver a wide arrange of sounds. Pickup height was precise.
Although this is my first strat (played acoustic and classical guitars all my life, plus some shenanigans on my Les Paul), I already hear the distinct difference between single coils and humbuckers and with this guitar singles definitely win!
All in all, a high quality guitar that will deliver lots and lots of fun to any player. I even dare to say that it's as good as any other pro level guitar. It is just humble enough not to scream about it. So don't be a gear snob, grab that Mexican beauty and play the hell out of it!
Nice '50's design details and the most beautiful Stratocaster ever! Good sounding - not excellent but above average. Good quality work except two ´very small paint flaws and a dent. I think it's a good value guitar.
Electric Guitar With the Classic series, Fender Mexico is already competing strongly with its American mother company as the parts you'll find here are of professional quality across the board....
