ESP E-II Horizon NT-II
06.09.2016
As usual with the ESP guitars built in Japan, one can expect guitars of the highest quality and this guitar is no exception.

For me the most plays metal in the atmosphere D so suited to this guitar perfectly with its hot active / passive EMG pick-ups and 25.5 "Mensur.

For those who have never tried this kind of guitar you can describe it as a hybrid between a Strat and a Les Paul in that it has feminine cut 25.5 ", and the shape like a strata, and it has an arched top with slightly reclined neck and a tune-o-matic stables just like on a Les Paul. the best of both worlds! this guitar has, however that little extra that the classics are often lacking as EMG pickups, locking tuners in top quality, ebony fingerboard, saddle bone and through the neck.

The small flap for the battery on the back of the guitar is very smooth when to replace the battery when you just press lightly on the door to get it up and do not have that on most guitars with active pickups having to crank up the entire tailgate to replace battery .

The only downside I can think of is that when you order a guitar with a maple top (see-thru) so we do not know exactly how it looks when they naturally vary in appearance. Now I was fortunate that my top looked really nice out with a clear mottled pattern, but after googling around the web, I have seen that there are less clearly patterned tops that is not nearly as fancy, but it is of course just my personal opinion and does not conform to someone else's taste.

One drawback that I've read that some complain (but not me) is that the ESP logo that usually has been printed on the head has been replaced with E-II logo. Nowadays there are only ESP logo on ESP's US models and custom shops. E-II is thus the logo they use on all standard ESP's built in Japan.

As usual when it comes Thomann as the service is world class and the guitar came home just a few days after ordering.

When I opened the case story and tried the guitar so it was just to Riffa on when both were perfect tune and perfect intonerad.
