worth the money

I applied three of these panels for each side wall of my home studio, a room in which I also sleep and live. The first thing you notice is that the white fabric is roughly cut along the shape of the actual panel. The cut isn't perfectly straight and precise as you would expect having seen the pictures. It can also detache from the foam if you touch or move the panel too much, but this isn't a problem, because a gentle but consistent pressure with your hand is enough to make it stick again onto the foam. Once you've done this, the fabric holds up good.
It isn't as white as mountain snow, though, but I still like the way the panels look in my room, which has white walls.

Apart from these aestetichs traits, the panels are acoustically great. Really, they made a huge difference for my 3.5 x 5 metres room, which had a very long reverb time. The panels completely killed the reverb and also improved the overall frequency response of the room. Now I can listen to my tracks at a decently high volume without hearing distortions due to bad reflections or problems in the stereo image. The panels are heavy and dense so you realise they're quality-built the moment you pick one up. This density is also responsibile, in my opinion, for the fact that they absorb the low mids frequency very well.

In conclusion, I would definitely recommend this product for the correction of the listening experience in your home studio, even if it can improve on the aesthetic side. It made a huge difference in my room and I'm happy to have spent such money.

Great absorbing panel but..
AlexGeo, 20.07.2017
I decided to go with this absorber because it was the only one that could go as low as 125Hz. The reality is that the moment I placed these in my room the sound changed and helped massively with the acoustics. But after a few days some stains started to appear which eventually became big red marks and those marks were in every panel so it must have been the glue they used to put the white layer on top. You cant have these on your wall as it looks pretty bad so I just uninstalled them.

Look the part for sure

These are very neat and tidy and seem to have made a good difference to the room, only thing I would say is that the white sheet on the front is quite loosely glued on, it only takes the slightest catch of it and it'll rip off and stretch, and I'm yet to find a way to re-attach it properly.

Make sure you put them somewhere they won't be having instruments or microphone stands knocked into them.
