Great bass picks
Anonymous 23.03.2015
These are my favourite bass picks. I love the shape and tone, although the grip could be a bit rougher - if your hands get sweaty, you might drop it occasionally. Durability is OK I think, since it's probably normal, that a good band practice takes away a bit of the edges. What I dislike is that after a few practices, there formes a tiny flip on the edge, so it gets harder to play fast and smooth. But I guess that's what happens with every pick. That's why it's good you can buy them in 6-packs :)
Another downside which I discovered recently is that these picks won't stick to Ibanez PHI01 Pick Holder. That's too bad, but I will definitely try finding a more suitable pickholder before I even consider trying new picks.

These are my first choice for bass guitar playing for heavy rock music. I usually play with very thick strings and I've had no problems with these picks wearing out. Great for fast runs, squeals or pick slides. I used to play regular stubbies before I picked these triangled ones, it took a while to get used to them but once you get it, they're the best picks ever made. I highly recommend these for heavier music. Be aware these are quite large picks and if you have small hands these will be hard to control I guess. I have large lumberjack's hands and I don't find that to be difficult.

My go -to bass guitar picks
The_True_Meller 12.03.2021
I've been using these for quite many years. Maybe it's due to what I'm getting used to, but I find it hard to replace these with anything else when playing bass with a pick, at least when playing anything fast. 1,5mm is just enough thickness so that the pick doesn't give in when contacting the string. Although the material is pretty slick plastic, the center groove with its etchings give my thumb a perfect traction and grip. The 2,0mm version is also good, not just that perfect for me, and the 3mmm version is too much. To each their own. Anyway, give these a shot if you're looking after a sturdy pick that slides right through the strings with minimal snag.

Too sharp edges. I tried them after liked stubby 3.00 triangles. Nah... 3's are better.
