I've been playing with the Isomax H for over a year with a songwriter program or as a singer with bass in the band. Me and so far also all mine? Toners like the sound of the microphone very much - I sing baritone position. With feedback I had with the Isomax H so far still no problems, I'm also with the bands rather acoustically ie not particularly loud on the road. The output is unfortunately rather small, which - despite the capacitor principle - is connected with the very small membrane area. It also conceals, however, even when the windscreen is over, little of my facial expressions. I always leave the draft shield, because otherwise my breathing sounds too strong. Since the back of the microphone capsule is dark, the micro with the skin-colored windbreak - despite its size - is less noticeable. The micro comes with pop sounds and my occasional melody whistles better than my hand microphones. But be careful with? F? Words! I am a bit disappointed that the whole suspension bracket with the strap in front of the right ear is black. Only the part that goes from the left ear to the front is skin colored. You can not see that on the Thomann picture with the art head unfortunately. The wearing comfort is a compromise with a firm fit of the strap. I am after a 50-minute set clear pressure over the ears purchase. The (very low) weight of the microphone does not play the role. The XLR plug of the microphone has a belt clip and an on / off switch (spin). Switching is completely silent. What is missing with the micro as accessories, is a clip, with which one could attach the thin cable at the rear of the collar. Also a delivery in the suitcase instead of the cardboard box would be desirable at the price. Anyone who sings with great dynamics should hang a compressor behind a neckband microphone, because the microphone distance can not be used logically. I have ordered as a backup the Isomax C, but because of another and in my opinion inferior sound against a second H-model.
