Kabel ist nicht wie dargestellt, sondern die Farben der Kabel sind anders als beim Original sodass sich für das Löten der Kabel nicht direkt ein Anhaltspunkt bietet welches wo hin gehört

The thing about Beyerdynamic is it's one of the few brands out there that build stuff for life without planned obsolescence. This simple cable is the perfect example of extending the lifespan of an existing product by making replacement parts freely available.

On the cable itself, the construction is robust, material used are of very high quality, and the cable has not yet failed me, even though I use it with my pair of headphones that travelled the world with me in the past few years. Installation is a breeze (provided that you know how to take things apart, put them back together and can handle a soldering iron). If you're unsure, watch some tutorials, and practice a bit.

Umbau etwas fummelig, Ergebnis wie neu

Wenn man etwas Erfahrung mit Löten hat, und eine feine Lötspitze, dann stellt einen der Umbau vor keine größeren Probleme. Wie man den Kopfhörer am Besten auseinander bekommt, kann man sich bei Youtube anschauen. Der ganze Prozess ist etwas aufwendiger als gedacht, und stellt einen vor kleine Hürden.
Ergebnis jedenfalls ist ein Kopfhörer "wie neu", daher würde ich es wieder tun.
