Does the job, a little too bulky
Max Tau 25.08.2019
The MPD series has issues with build quality in many batches. Two controllers from different batches can have different trigger response, so it's best to test each unit before purchase or be ready to fine-tune triggers.

The unit I got was ok. The feature set is great, this one of the not-so-many controllers that has a built-in sequencer good enough for live performances. At this price point it's worth the money.

The sequencer workflow takes a little getting used to. Although inferior to Arturia Beatstep, it's still a decent sequencer.

Don't buy if your from the UK unless you want to pay £40 extra
Harvey J 10.02.2021
I really want to say how annoyed I am about the way that Thomman are selling this product. I still haven't received the MPD so I'm not saying anything bad about the the product itself. I do however want to say that although the small print mentions 'free shipping' I have just found out that I'm going to have to pay £44 in courier fees on top of this. In my opinion this is totally miss-selling the product. Thomman know for sure that 'FREE shipping' is a huge selling point- they should remove this from the description. My package is being shipped from Germany- it wasn't mentioned that this is where it will be coming from- as this is Thomman 'UK' I assumed they would sell from this country as well. I am very annoyed at the way they've sold this product and i just want to let you all know that there are lots of other sites you can buy this lovely piece of gear from without massive shipping fees to pay.

Mpd 232

Ottima.

Kleine Mängel, aber tut, was es soll
T. Fischer 31.07.2019
