Doesn't get muddy like some other phasers

The phasers I tried before were not very usable for bass. They either get too loud or too muddy - especially when "phasing down". Grape Phaser is obviously designed for bass because it can be played in unity gain and without any subby-mud. Heartily recommended to fellow bassists.

Good phaser

Very good and tasty phaser.
But for inexperienced phaser users, be aware that it's tricky to use.
In my FX loop the volume dropped down because my loop retains a part of clean sound, which was then in and out of phase with the phaser sound...
Before the amp, it does looses some bottom end when active...
Funky effect but hard to use it in context...
Amazing for studio though!

Der Grape Phaser sitzt vor dem Eingang des Bass Amps auf einem Pedal Board. Als erstes fällt die absolute Stille positiv auf. Schaltgeräusche oder sonstige Nebengeräusche sind dem sehr robust aufgebauten Gerät fremd. Die Einstellmöglichkeiten sind absolut ausreichend. Somit kann man auch keinen Mist einstellen. Der wertige Aguilar mit seinem wirklich guten Sound bleibt auf jeden Fall auf dem Board. Da man ein qualitativ hochwertiges Gerät erhält, kann man den Preis noch als angemessen einstufen.

Simple y muy usable

Los dos únicos controles dan para obtener una paleta bastante amplia sin complicarse demasiado la vida. Su mayor virtud es que es difícil encontrar un sonido que desentone en el contexto de banda… por lo que he acabado dándole más uso del que esperaba.
