IL faut rester appuyé

Ca fonctionne très bien mais attention avec ce modèle là il faut rester appuyer sur la pédale pour passer en channel 2 . Dès qu'on relache on revient en channel 1. Si votre micro nécessite une alimentation fantome il faudra mettre cette alim avant de passer dans la pédale, j'ai testé ca fonctionne.

I bought this because I was looking for a dynamic mic switching device to enable me to use one mic in two separate channels (set up differently for making announcements and for playing sax). It will work in this way although I appreciate that this isn't how you are really supposed to use it, but I didn't see anything else on the site that looked as though it would do the job. The problem is that the switchover to output 2 is "momentary". That is, you have to keep your foot on the switch when using it. The obvious thing in my situation would be to use output 2 for the announcements in between the numbers, and play the sax through output 1. The trouble is, I can be quite verbose when I get carried away, and I didn't fancy having to hold the button down all the time I was talking. I'll keep the device anyway because it appears to be very well constructed, and I am sure I can find an appropriate use for it in some playing situation. Unfortunately I don't have a sound-engineer who I can switch channels to talk to, as I'm not famous enough. Maybe I missed something when reading the description of this box on the site, but I don't recall seeing anything that mentioned it working in this way. I still love Thomann though and it won't stop me shopping with you guys.
