We bought this item for the church kids choir and its excellent for the purpose we intended to use it for. durable product and light weight for kids to use. sound is loud and clear.

Lightweight, not very loud

They look longer than they are. It's not easy to get a good hand placement on them to achieve a strong, loud sound. Their material also seems softer than expected, creating a deader sound than I would have liked. Would work as a beginner percussion instrument. Couldn't recommend as a professional percussion instrument. I used mine when they arrived, wasn't overly impressed and have lost them since. Decent price, not so great sound.
