Decent tambourine for the money

I've had it for around 6 years in occasional use. It has seen heavy use in it's day, but it still doesn't show too much wear and tear and is still working like the day I opened the package. Feels that it's strongly built.

I'm not the biggest fun of the handle-model, I must say, but otherwise it's just fine and dandy. Sound quality is good enough for my use. Not the best but not the worst definitely. Colour helps to find it around in the corners of our rehearsal room :)

When I bought it I was looking for a cheap tambourine that works well and doesn't break down right away and that's exactly what I received.

Varsin sihisevä tamburiini

Tamburiini on sinänsä hyvälaatuinen, mutta soundiltaan ei sovi ihan joka paikkaan.

Ääni on varsin korkea, kovaääninen ja sihisevä joten joissakin tiloissa tämä tamburiini kuulostaa hieman liian kovaääniseltä.

Toisaalta on tilanteita jolloin juuri sitä soundia tamburiinilta tarvitaankin, joten huonoksi sitä ei voi moittia.

Eli ei ole paras all-round tamburiini, mutta on itselläni aina mukana keikkapussissa, koska se on usein käyttökelpoinen.

When you decide that you need a tambourine in the band I wanted to know 3 things ...

Is it expensive? - You can, for some reason, spend a LOT of money on a tambourine - the HT200 ticked this box ... budget price (But to me Thomann budget gear has never been nasty) more than happy with it's cost.

Can you hear it when you play it? HT200 - Yes it rattles and it sounds loud and present ... mind it sometimes doesn't keep time!!!

Does it fall apart after a few hits? The HT200 ... No it's still working as intended, its been hit, dropped stood on and even used to deflect an object!

Nice to hold and play. I would recommend it for gigging on a shoe string.

Great tambourine

The build quality seems great, I think this tambourine will last me many years.

The sound is nice and bright, I will use it for my home recording. Depending on your technique and mic selection you can get many different sounds from it.
